Hello, I'm Jay. A designer with nearly 20 years of experience spanning product design, UI/UX, and marketing design. Most recently I was leading design initiatives at Lumosity, where I evolved from implementing marketing solutions to architecting comprehensive design frameworks that enhanced product performance and user experience.

I specialize in building scalable design systems that bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives. My approach combines rigorous user research with data-driven methodologies to create cohesive, accessible experiences.

With a foundation in multimedia design and front-end development, I bring a holistic understanding of both design aesthetics and technical implementation.

Throughout my career, I've mentored junior designers, led cross-functional teams, and driven significant improvements in product metrics through thoughtful design solutions.

I'm passionate about creating design frameworks that not only maintain consistency but also empower teams to innovate efficiently.
